WARRANTY POLICY FOR GN PRIVILEGE
• We provide warranty for the entire system.
• 1 Year warranty and on-site service support is included for free in the bought system.
• If you wish to avail our service support beyond the first year, we do offer service packages.
• Although, if you do not wish to avail the same, we shall still assist you with service support on a chargeable basis.
• The parts which we use carry warranties longer than 1 year and we shall assist you in claiming the same if required even after the first year of Free Service Support lapses and you have chosen not to avail our extended service package.
RTB ( Return to base ) Our support includes Troubleshooting of the system at the base if the system fails to boot at the client location.
Remote access If the machine can be fixed remotely ( via remote access / phone-call ) it will be attempted first.

If any of the components fail and needs to be replaced, clients will be provided with a standby component till the part is replaced by the manufacturer. The standby component provided it to maintain near 100% uptime. It can be of the same model or different SKU, If any component of the machine is tampered with , burned , or damaged by the customer, the component protection policy will automatically be void.
